About ChemYou
AI-powered blood test analysis. Personalised nutrition plans. Built for Europe.
What is ChemYou?
ChemYou is an AI service that reads your blood test results and generates a personalised 7-day nutrition plan based on your actual biomarker levels. It was built for people in Europe who want to understand what their lab results mean — not just whether values are "in range", but what those values mean for their energy, metabolism, and diet.
The service costs €7 as a one-time payment. No subscription, no recurring charges. Most reports are ready in under 3 minutes.
What biomarkers does ChemYou analyse?
ChemYou analyses 16+ biomarkers from your blood test, including:
- Iron status: ferritin, haemoglobin, serum iron, transferrin
- Vitamins: vitamin D (25-OH), vitamin B12, folate
- Thyroid: TSH, free T3, free T4
- Metabolic: glucose, HbA1c, insulin
- Lipids: LDL, HDL, total cholesterol, triglycerides
- Inflammation: CRP, ESR
- Electrolytes: magnesium, calcium, potassium, sodium, zinc
- Liver & kidney: ALT, AST, GGT, creatinine, eGFR
How does the AI work?
ChemYou uses GPT-4 with a specialised nutritional analysis prompt. When you upload your blood test, the AI extracts each biomarker value and its reference range, then maps it to the organ systems and metabolic pathways it affects. Based on the full pattern of your results, it generates a nutrition plan that addresses your specific deficiencies — not a generic "healthy eating" guide.
The plan uses foods available in your country. A German plan looks different from a Spanish one — same nutritional logic, different ingredients.
Who is ChemYou for?
ChemYou is built for people who:
- Got blood test results and don't fully understand what they mean
- Feel tired, foggy, or off — and suspect their bloodwork holds the answer
- Were told values are "borderline" or "normal but low" with no follow-up guidance
- Want a practical food plan, not just supplements to buy
- Live in Europe and want recommendations based on local foods
What ChemYou is not
ChemYou is not a medical service. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or replace a doctor's consultation. The report is an educational and nutritional tool — it explains what your markers may mean from a metabolic perspective and provides a practical food plan. If your results show significant abnormalities, always consult a healthcare professional.
Data privacy
Your blood test is processed in memory and deleted immediately after your report is generated. ChemYou does not store, sell, or share your health data. The service is GDPR-compliant. See the privacy policy for full details.
